เรื่องราวความฮาก็เริ่มเกิดขึ้นเมื่อ เหยิน (จตุรงค์ ม๊กจ๊ก) ชายขับรถสองแถวในตลาด อยากรวยจึง เข้าแก๊งค์มาเฟียเลยชวนเพื่อนรัก เหล่ (โก๊ะตี๋ อารามบอย) เข้าร่วม ด้วยความที่เหล่ตาเหล่ ความวุ่นวายจึงเกิดขึ้น แต่ทั้ง 2 ให้สัญญาว่าถ้าเหยินตายเหยินจะมอบฟันให้เหล่ ถ้าเหล่ตายเหล่จะมอบตาให้เหยิน ทั้ง 2 จึงตัดสินใจชวน เป๋ (เมย์ พิชญ์นาฏ สาขากร) แม่ค้าขายปลาสวยซ่า แต่ดันขาเป๋ใส่เหล็กดามไว้และ ยังเป็นกิ๊กกับ สาหัส (ว่าน AF 2 ธนกฤต พานิชวิทย์) ตำรวจหนุ่มจอมซื่อบื้อและเป็นคนที่ฟังอะไรไม่รู้เรื่อง เข้าร่วมแก๊งค์ด้วยทั้ง เหยิน เป๋ เหล่จึงเข้าร่วมแก๊งค์เฮียโต๊ด กึ้ง (เฉลิมชัย มหากิจศิริ) มาเฟียคุมตลาด จนกระทั่งวันหนึ่ง เฮียโต๊ด ได้มอบหมายงานให้ทั้ง3 ปฏิบัติภารกิจลักพาตัวลูกชาย มหาเศรษฐี ที่เรียนอยู่ที่โรงเรียนนานาชาติโดยมีสาหัสเข้าร่วมด้วย ทันที่ที่รถตู้จอด เหล่กับ เป๋ รีบวิ่งเอาถุงดำไปคลุม เพื่อจับเหยื่อแล้วลากขึ้นรถ พอรถตู้ออกมาเหยินก็พบว่าเหยื่อที่จับมาผิดตัว ดันไปจับคนข้างๆ นั่นคือ ซังวู เด็กออทิสติก ลูกชายหัวแก้วหัวแหวนของ เสี่ยโบ้ (เอกชัย ศรีวิชัย) ผู้มีอิทธิพลในจังหวัดแถมยังเป็นหัวหน้าเฮียโต๊ดด้วย ทั้ง 3 จึงตัดสินใจเอ ซังวูไปปล่อยที่วัด แต่ ซังวูไม่ยอมไป เพราะ ซังวู เป็นเด็กขาดความอบอุ่น เห็นภาพพ่อที่ทำร้ายแม่ ทั้ง 4 ก็เลยต้องเลี้ยงดู ซังวู เมื่อถูกตามล่า ทั้งหมดแอบซ่อนตัว อยู่ในร้านคาราโอเกะของ เจ้ไฝ (ปนัดดา วงศ์ผู้ดี)หัวหน้าของ เปรี้ยว (อิม อชิตะ) สาวที่แอบชอบเหยิน จากนั้นลูกน้องเฮียโต๊ดก็ตามมาเจอที่ร้าน คาราโอเกะ ทั้ง 4 จึงต้องรีบหนีออกมา ส่วนทางเสี่ยได้ประกาศว่าถ้าลูกชายเขาเป็นอะไรไป คนที่ลักพาตัว จะต้องโดนจับมาทรมานอย่างทารุณ

หลังจากที่สวรรค์เล่นตลกให้ “แจ๊ค” (แจ๊ส ชวนชื่น) เกือบหมดไฟกับอาชีพที่ฝันมาตลอดชีวิต “เฮียลิ้ม” ขาใหญ่ธุรกิจทัวร์จีนก็ได้หยิบยื่นทางเดินโรยกลีบกุหลาบให้แจ๊คได้เป็นผู้นำด้านการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอิสระ (aka ไกด์เถื่อน) อีกครั้ง งานนี้เขาจึงรวมตัวมือซ้ายมือขวาอย่าง “ไข่ย่น” (แน็ก ชาลี) เพื่อนซี้ผู้นิ่งเฉยต่อทุกสิ่งยกเว้นผู้หญิงเอ็กซ์ๆ และ “ซิ่งหลง” (ค่อม ชวนชื่น) พลขับเพื่อนรุ่นพ่อมาประกอบร่างสร้างบริษัททัวร์จำเป็น และปฏิญาณตนว่าจะทำทัวร์นี้ให้ดีจนโลกต้องจารึก

ใครจะรู้ว่าทางเดินของไอ้เฮียลิ้มที่ “เฮีย” จริงสมคำนำหน้า ซ่อนขวากหนามไว้เป็นตันๆ เมื่อกรุ๊ปทัวร์จีนทั้ง 7 คนล้วนคัดมาแล้วว่าโคตรไม่ธรรมดา! ร้อนถึง “พี่เวย์น” (โหน่ง ชะชะช่า) ไอดอลในดวงใจต้องช่วยเป็นแบ็กอัปจำเป็น และ “ติช่า” (รัศมีแข ฟ้าเกื้อล้น) ล่ามสาวมาคอยช่วยเสริมทัพ
